Ken Waugh

Ken Waugh has a strong background in technology and development, with over 18 years of experience. Ken'smost recent role was as the Director of Engineering at Givelify, starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Development Manager at Strategic Information Technology from May 2016 to October 2018.

From 2015 to 2016, Ken worked as a Software Development Manager at 360incentives, where they focused on improving team environment and championing organizational values. Before that, they were the CTO at SqueezeCMM, where they managed application portfolios, directed IT department operations, and enhanced infrastructure capabilities.

From 2013 to 2014, Ken held the position of Software Development Manager at 360insights.com, where they determined business requirements and executed multifaceted projects. Ken also served as the Technical Director/CTO at CanadaHelps in 2012-2013, aligning IT department strategy with organizational goals and managing a multi-million-dollar budget.

Earlier in their career, Ken worked as an Architecture and Technology Team Architect at Navantis and as a Senior Application Developer at SickKids Foundation. Ken also served as the WTIS-Development Team Lead at Cancer Care Ontario and as a Senior Developer at Evans Inc.

Ken Waugh attended Carleton University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
