Bob Koch has worked in the technology industry since 1982. Bob began their career as a Major Account Manager at ROLM/IBM, where they exceeded the business plan for three years. In 1985, they joined Octel Communications as a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager/Chicago & Major Accounts Executive, where they exceeded the business plan for nine years. In 1994, they became the Director of Services Marketing at Octel and grew revenue by fivefold with the introduction of 3, 5 and 7 year support plans. In 1996, they joined Avaya as the Director of Business Operations and Cisco as the Director, Global Services Sales, West Area. At Avaya, they leveraged the internet to provide a significantly improved level of service to end-user enterprise customers while lowering operational costs. At Cisco, they grew the combined two lines of business from $40MM to $128MM. In 2002, they became a Business Consultant at CASA of Los Angeles. In 2008, they joined Quiver Global as a Designer & CEO and Partner. Bob eventually bought out their partners and took on responsibility for all product designing and manufacturing which is done in Mexico. Sales grew rapidly to more than $500,000+. In 2019, they joined Givenly as an Enterprise Sales and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Bob Koch's educational history includes a BS in Business Economics from Benedictine University, a high school diploma from Naperville Central High School, and a Graduate Certificate in Market Strategy for Technology-Based Companies from Stanford University.
