Lauren McAloon serves as the Head of Growth at Givematch since April 2024, leading initiatives within a fundraising platform that emphasizes human connection. Previously, Lauren held the same title at Noala, contributing to business growth until redundancy due to the Silicon Valley Bank crash. At OLIO, Lauren established the first Growth function, enhancing CRM and Paid Acquisition channels while focusing on data-driven decision-making. Experience at ClearScore includes leading a cross-functional delivery team and developing a robust CRM team, contributing significantly to the organization’s revenue growth. Additional roles include Marketing Manager at Oxygen Finance and translate plus, and Head of Marketing at Urban Jungle Insurance. Lauren also founded TREAT, a company focusing on health-boosting food. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Growth Strategy degree from Reforge and a Social Science degree from the University of Manchester.
