Today's workforce is carrying a growing financial and emotional burden owing to the cost of living crisis.Traditional reward and recognition workplace programmes fail to address hardship in the workplace and often have low uptake among many workers. This is where Givicle comes in.

Givicle is a workplace giving platform for pro-active leaders looking for innovative ways to make a real difference to the well being of their teams. With a flexible subscription model that funds a central ‘giving pot’, plus a space for co-worker donations and team fundraising, Givicle inspires a culture of kindness in every workplace. It complements existing well being initiatives and provides valuable insights that can inform fairer pay and support strategies for your team.
