Giving Excellence is a coaching, training, and consultancy company using the Enneagram, Integral Coaching, and how adults learn to bring out the best in themselves personally and professionally.

Helping individuals break through their self-sabotaging behaviors, limiting beliefs, and fears to excel in work and in life. Through compassion, rigor, and expertise in the interplay between the personality and the ego, Mellissa Rempfer, founder of Giving Excellence and her team guides others to break free of the traps they create for themselves.

Mellissa comes alongside professionals to help discover how they are shackling themselves, and what it takes to break down the walls of that self-built prison. (Such of common issues like procrastination, analysis paralysis, overthinking, mental traps like keep them limited, and habits that effect their personal and professional opportunties).
Along with Mellissa's Enneagram expertise and MA in Education, Mellissa leverages her knowledge to guide individuals, business owners, corporate leaders, and organizational teams into a deeper understanding of themselves and the ways in which they get stuck. Fully believing in creating opportunities to bring out the best in themselves.
