Alexandre Simons

Alexandre Simons is currently the Director of Research, Dissemination, and Capacity Building at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR) in Rwanda. Previously, they served as a Component Leader and Technical Advisor for GIZ and as an Invited Lecturer in Public Economics at the University of Rwanda. Alexandre has also worked as a Senior Research Fellow and has numerous experiences in research and teaching, including a role as a Corresponding Author at Université catholique de Louvain. They hold a PhD in Economics and two Master's degrees, one in Economics and another in Political Sciences.
