Andrea Kramer is currently the Head of Competence Centre Environment at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and serves as the Department Head for Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, Andrea held various roles including Program Manager for PERIAGUA and Senior Policy Advisor for Corporate Development at GIZ, as well as Consultant for the water program PROAPAC at Deutsche Gesellschaft für technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH. Andrea’s academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Law and a Master’s in Development Management from Ruhr-Universität Bochum, alongside a Staatsexamen from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. Andrea's experience reflects a strong commitment to environmental and developmental initiatives across different regions.
