Anna Scherer is an experienced planning officer and advisor specializing in peacebuilding, forced displacement, and social cohesion. Currently serving as a Planning Officer for Peacebuilding and Social Cohesion at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since September 2023, Anna has a diverse professional background that includes roles such as Advisor on Peacebuilding, Forced Displacement and Fragility, and Planning Officer in the Competence Center Peace and Emergency Aid at GIZ from 2016 to 2022.
