Eman Negm serves as the Head of the TVET Financial Planning Component and Advisor for the Employment Promotion Project at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since April 2019, focusing on enhancing technical education reform initiatives in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. Eman has led the development of a digital management system to improve governance processes within Egypt's Dual Education framework. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Advisor for the Enhancement of the Egyptian Dual System Project and an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Specialist at INJAZ Egypt, along with an internship at GIZ in sustainable economic development. Eman also has a background as an Economics Teaching Assistant at The American University in Cairo and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy at the same institution, having earned an undergraduate degree from there and participated in a summer program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
