Florian Grimm is currently serving as in-house counsel at the Corporate Unit for Legal Affairs (Stabsstelle Recht) of GIZ. Prior to this, Florian held the position of Legal Counsel M&A at Evonik from 2017 to 2022 and was an associate at Taylor Wessing Germany from 2016 to 2017, focusing on corporate M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Florian has gained valuable experience through various roles, including legal trainee positions, and completed both the First and Second State Bar Exams in Germany. Florian also participated in an Erasmus semester at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, specializing in European law and general law of the sea.
