Hasanthi Jayasinghe currently serves as an Advisor for Diversity Management in Businesses at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since July 2023. Previously, Hasanthi was an Entrepreneurship Expert at the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training in Sri Lanka from September 2022 to June 2023, focusing on women's empowerment and entrepreneurship development in technical vocational education and training (TVET). Additional experience includes roles as an Entrepreneurship Expert at Oxfam Australia, a Business Advisor at Lanka Social Ventures Ltd, and a Business Associate at Lanka Social Ventures, along with early positions as a Project Assistant at PYXERA Global and a Trainee Teacher at Seewali Maha Vidyalaya. Hasanthi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and several other qualifications in chemistry, business law, and quality management.
