They previously worked as a project manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, focusing on rebuilding efforts in crisis contexts. Igor also held positions as a project architect and a real estate consultant prior to their current work. They obtained their MBA in International Real Estate Management from the University of Westminster and Akademie der Hochschule Biberach.
