Julia Ditz

Julia Ditz is currently an Advisor at the Secretariat of the German Initiative on Sustainable Cocoa (GISCO), focusing on human rights due diligence and collaboration within the cocoa sector. They have previously worked with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in various roles, including on the Secretariat of the African Cocoa Platform. Julia served as a Research Assistant at the University of Freiburg and a Student Coordinator in the Global Studies Programme there. They hold a Master of Arts in European Global Studies from Universität Basel and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Freiburg, along with supplementary studies in Sustainable Development at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.
