K M. has extensive experience in human resources, having worked across various roles since 2011. They served as an HR/IR Administrator at Hitachi Power Africa from 2013 to 2015, where they handled onboarding, HR inquiries, and compliance with labor laws. Following that, K M. worked as an HR Consultant and then as an HR Practitioner before joining DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT (GIZ) GmbH as a Senior Human Resources Professional in 2016, a position they currently hold. K M. holds an Honours degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and has also completed relevant HR courses at University of South Africa and Tshwane University of Technology.
