Le Thoa

Le Thoa is a Technical Team Lead at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they coordinate with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, particularly in bioenergy and rooftop solar projects. With nearly twenty years of experience in project management, training, and consultancy in renewable energy and energy efficiency, Le has worked with various organizations, including the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. They previously held roles ranging from RE Advisor at Pacific Group to RE Specialist for USAID’s Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program. Le holds a PhD in Economics Management from National Economic University and a Master's degree in Energy Economics and Planning from the Asian Institute of Technology.
