Lea Saenger

Lea Saenger is currently a Specialist in Competence Development at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they focus on creating engaging learning experiences that empower individuals to navigate cultural barriers. Previously, Lea completed internships in various organizations, including Allerweltshaus Köln e.V., CONTRACT KG Germany, and Internationale Jugendgemeinschaftsdienste (ijgd), where they developed skills in public relations, team development, and workshop facilitation. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Universität zu Köln, a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a certification in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute.
