Assistant technique

Malte Dunkhorst possesses a robust background in forestry and environmental management, with a Master of Science degree in Forestry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Sciences and Ecology from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Experience includes a research assistant position at Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) and as an assistant technique at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Prior roles include a forestry trainee at Niedersächsische Landesforsten, focusing on climate adaptation, nature conservation, and forest management. Furthermore, Malte has completed internships with World Agroforestry and Corporación Nacional Forestal, as well as GIZ, working on soil protection and rehabilitation for food security.
