Matthias Range

Matthias Range is the Executive Director of the Access to Insurance Initiative (A2ii) and has over 4 years of experience in programme management, microfinance, and small business development acquired primarily in Indonesia. They hold an MBA in International Change Management from the National University of Singapore and a Diplom Kfm. from RWTH Aachen University in Business Administration. Matthias has a strong background in advising financial institutions, having served as the acting team leader for a program focused on rebuilding financial systems in Indonesia's Aceh province. Their expertise also includes organizational development, intercultural relationship management, and project management in diverse settings.
