Nathan Moore

Nathan Moore serves as the Country Programme Manager for Energising Development (EnDev) in Rwanda at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where the focus is on improving access to energy and creating economic opportunities for vulnerable populations. Moore has held multiple roles at GIZ, including Project Director for various initiatives related to global energy transformation and Deputy Programme Manager in Tanzania, providing advisory support in the sustainable energy sector. Prior to GIZ, Moore practiced as a Staff Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center and as an Associate Attorney at Paul Hastings, specializing in real estate and environmental law. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. from Southern Wesleyan University, complemented by an experience at the University of Oxford.
