Onice Arango

Onice Arango is a Technical Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and co-director of Perpendicular, focusing on participatory management and development. With a Master of Science in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University, Onice has extensive experience in project management, urban planning, and community engagement, particularly in historical neighborhoods. Previously, Onice served as a Project Coordinator for URBANÍSTICA in Guatemala, working on initiatives to improve the quality of life through urban interventions. As a board member of the Centro de Estudios de Resiliencia y Regeneración and former board member of HANG, Onice promotes collaborative efforts between communities and organizations.
