Rani Daoud

Rani Daoud is a knowledgeable professional in Decentralization and Local Governance, with extensive experience in local government reform, urban development, and decentralization initiatives in Palestine and the MENA region. Rani has successfully led the design and institutionalization of strategic development planning for Palestinian cities and towns and played a key role in establishing the Palestinian Municipal Development and Lending Fund.
