Robert Orere serves as the Head of Human Resources for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, overseeing HR strategies and employee experience for Ethiopia and Djibouti since June 2016. Previously, Robert held the position of Human Resource Senior Advisor at Atos from January 2014 to May 2016, contributing to the DFID's Federal Public Administration Reform program in Nigeria. Robert's career in recruitment began as a Team Leader at REED from November 2011 to December 2013, and earlier experience includes a role as a Marketer in Retail Banking at Ecobank Nigeria from October 2007 to October 2010. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Covenant University.
