Viktor Kessler is a Project Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they manage regional programs focused on the rule of law in Central Asia, including Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Previously, Viktor was a Program Manager for the Good Governance Program in Uzbekistan.
