Patrick Defebaugh

Patrick Defebaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership roles across various companies in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Global Repair Solutions Operations and Lean Excellence Leader at GKN Aerospace since June 2020, Patrick has held multiple high-level positions, including Global Lean Master and Site Director. Prior roles include North American Regional Operational Excellence Senior Manager at TPI Composites, General Manager at Husky Liners and Rotek Power Services, as well as Plant Manager roles at Atkore and Honeywell Aerospace. Notable achievements include overseeing a $600M avionics facility and turning around operations at Dimensional Innovations to achieve significant profitability. Patrick began his career with a foundation in lean manufacturing as a consultant and has implemented comprehensive operational strategies, demonstrating a strong background in enhancing efficiency and productivity. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Management from Baker University.
