Stuart Ince

Stuart Ince is an experienced professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Head of Procurement Projects at GKN Aerospace since October 2022, leading a team focused on work transfer and new product introduction. Prior to this role, Stuart was Head of Supply Chain - Complex Fabrications External at ITP Aero, managing a significant annual spend of approximately £82 million with Rolls-Royce. Stuart's extensive career at Airbus lasted over two decades, where various roles included Supplier Development Manager for Trent XWB engines and Site Supply Chain Quality Manager. In addition to aerospace experience, Stuart is a co-founder of Bristol Soap Company, a handmade soap venture launched in November 2024. Educational qualifications include management and leadership programs from Airbus Leadership University and Lancaster University, alongside an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Aerospace Design from BAE Systems. Stuart also served as a Staff Sergeant Instructor with Army Cadets UK from 2000 to 2007.
