Tom Hoffa

Tom Hoffa is an experienced aerospace engineering professional with a strong background in design engineering. Since September 1995, Tom has held the position of Chief Engineer and Manager of Design Engineering at GKN Aerospace, overseeing an engineering team dedicated to the design of aircraft transparencies for both civil and military applications, as well as managing the Product Life Management system and Document Control staff. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Project Engineer at Sierracin Sylmar, where designs for aircraft transparencies were developed, and as a Design Engineer at Rockwell International, contributing to the design of the Space Shuttle's forward fuselage structure. Tom holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
