Prior to this role, Jerry O'Neil worked at Atlantic Gulf Communities as a Business Development, Planning, and Permitting Coordinator from October 1989 to December 1999. Jerry O'Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1985, and graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in 1980.
