GLAD Agritech is a digital microfinance platform helping dairy farmers in Africa improve their yields through productivity-focused investments.

We finance on-farm projects — like water systems, pasture upgrades, biogas units, and infrastructure — that directly improve milk production. Farmers repay us with the additional milk they generate, making financing tied to outcomes, not paperwork.

Our model puts productivity first. By aligning capital with real on-farm performance, we create a path to higher income, stronger rural communities, and long-term agricultural resilience.

We’ve successfully implemented hundreds of projects across Uganda and are now scaling across East Africa. Get in touch if you wish to collaborate on sustainable agriculture, financial inclusion and climate-smart growth.

Our Approach:
- Comprehensive Farm Surveys: In-depth assessments help us understand each farmer’s unique challenges and priorities.
- Personalized Project Recommendations: Our app uses data and algorithms to recommend the right projects for each farm.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: We partner with local service providers to deliver projects and track impact in real-time.
- Ongoing Support & Training: Our Development Executives provide training and guidance to ensure lasting results.
