Mathilde Hermet is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer currently at Gladia since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mathilde worked at S3NS, focusing on building and operating Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) through Kubernetes technologies and developing Kubernetes controllers from July 2023 to October 2025. Mathilde's previous experience includes roles at OVHcloud, where contributions involved OpenStack on Kubernetes and improving cyber security threat detection within Kubernetes clusters, in addition to developing observability tools and managing on-call duties. Mathilde began as an engineering intern at ITRenew, enhancing automation processes and system management using Ansible, and also contributed to the OpenSource project Sheep Linux. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Communication Systems from EPFL and an engineering diploma from CPE Lyon.
