Mark Heath EngTech TMICE

Mark Heath EngTech TMICE is a Technical Director at Gladman, where they focus on the technical viability of sites for planning applications and development. With a solid background in civil engineering, they have led numerous projects addressing nutrient neutrality since 2020, securing five planning consents to date. Previously, they honed their skills at Arup and Mouchel, beginning their career as a CAD Technician before advancing to the role of Civil CAD Manager. Mark also served as Engineering Coordinator and Technical Project Manager at Redrow Homes, where they managed site appraisals and consultant teams. They earned an HNC in Civil Engineering and a BTEC National Diploma in Building & Civil Engineering from Mid Kent College.
