Mat Evans

Mathieu Evans is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and policy development. Since January 2015, Mathieu has held several senior roles at Gladman, including Head of Planning, Senior Strategic Planning Director, and Planning Policy Director. Concurrently, Mathieu serves as a Board Member for the Land Promoters and Developers Federation, contributing to discussions aimed at improving the UK planning process. Previous experience includes a range of roles at Stoke-on-Trent City Council, where Mathieu focused on planning policy, regeneration projects, and corporate strategy, as well as positions at Erinaceous and Congleton Borough Council, emphasizing planning advice and community engagement. Mathieu holds a Master's Degree in Urban Regeneration and Development and a Master's Degree in Town and Country Planning from The University of Manchester.
