Glaesel Management is dedicated to consulting, training and auditing in the areas of Environment, Health and Safety and Quality. And as a new approach, we facilitate LEGO Serious Play, working with companies in setting up strategies, defining cooperation between departments and much more.

The company is operated by Kristian Glæsel, who is one of the finest Danish capabilities within the HSE Area. He is member of the OHSAS project group and appointed convenor for the transition of OHSAS 18001 into the ISO 45001 standard.

The company Glaesel HSEQ Management serves both large and small companies in Denmark as well as abroad, including DSB, Dong Energy, Achilles, ARC (Amager Ressource Center) and many more.

A professionally prepared management system will result in improved working conditions and focus on the challenges in the concrete business. It provides better well-being among employees, increased productivity and significant cost savings compared to error and debugging, for example minimized costs related to absenteeism and workplace accidents.

It's important to us that management systems be simple and clear so that they provide real value to the user!
