Eric Cooper

Eric Cooper started their career as a Project Engineer at Ross Products in 2004. Eric then worked as a Packaging Scientist at Mars before becoming a Sr. Packaging & Project Engineer at Alberto Culver in 2007. Cooper later joined Sensipack Inc. as a Director, focusing on packaging engineering projects across various industries. After leaving Sensipack in 2020, they moved on to become the Director of Global Package Development at GLAMGLOW and then at Smashbox in 2021. Through these roles, Cooper has displayed expertise in packaging development, sustainability, consumer insights, and project management.

Eric Cooper attended Michigan State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging, focusing on the field of Packaging.
