Jay Taylor

Jay Taylor is a seasoned DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently employed at PTP since January 2024, Jay previously worked at Glance Networks from September 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included site management and automation using Azure and New Relic. Prior to that, Jay held a Site Reliability Engineer position at Episerver in August 2018 and served as Managed Services Engineer at Ektron from February 2011 to July 2018. In Ektron roles, Jay contributed as a Senior Team Member overseeing high-priority cases, training personnel, and managing team operations, while also serving in technical support and client representative capacities earlier in the career.
