Abhishek Kumar is a seasoned marketing professional with significant expertise in growth and retention marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of Retention Marketing at CashKaro.com since July 2025, Abhishek has also held the position of Lead for Growth Marketing at Glance since February 2019, where notable contributions include the development of an Automated Game Card Serving System that enhanced operational efficiency and improved click-through rates, as well as the successful launch of personalized modules in the Nostra Game Center that increased user engagement metrics. Prior experience includes leading engagement and retention strategies at Gambit Sports from November 2017 to February 2019, where user cohorts and lifecycle automation flows were implemented to boost retention. Abhishek holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed intermediate education at S K P Vidya Vihar.
