As Glanco Recover & Recycle, our mission is to go beyond conventional treatment systems by prioritizing projects that enable the recovery of valuable acids, chemicals, and precious metals directly at the source. This approach is considered a true “game changer” in the industry, setting a new standard that combines environmental sustainability with significant economic benefits. Across diverse sectors such as surface treatment, steel production, galvanizing, electrolytic copper production, plating, aluminum anodizing, and nickel mining, we separate valuable components from process liquids and reintegrate them into production.

Through the systems we design, we ensure the recovery of metals such as iron sulfate, nickel sulfate, and copper, delivering process consistency and energy savings. In doing so, facilities not only reduce their carbon footprint but also achieve rapid return on investment.

In Europe and the United States, source-based recovery technologies implemented under BAT (Best Available Technique) are known to enhance product quality and improve process control. At GLANCO, we deliver effective solutions even in the most challenging, chemically demanding process baths, making these technologies applicable worldwide.

Acid Line Liquids Are Not Waste — They Are a Resource!

Recovering liquids used during production not only provides environmental benefits but also delivers significant cost savings. With Glanco Recover, valuable metals such as iron sulfate, nickel sulfate, and copper are reclaimed, reducing raw material purchases and waste management expenses. The carbon footprint is minimized, while production consistency and quality increase. Our systems offer both environmental and economic transformation, ensuring a rapid payback period.
