Francesca Brooks

Francesca Brooks is the Human Resources Director at Glaser Weil LLP, where they oversee all HR strategic and tactical functions. With extensive experience in employment law and human resources, Francesca previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Glass House Brands Inc. and Managing Director at Century Group, among other roles. They began their career as a Principal Attorney specializing in employment law and have developed a comprehensive understanding of compliance, employee development, and performance management throughout their career. Francesca holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso Law and a B.A. in English Literature with a Minor in Psychology from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
