Jay Soni

Jay brings 20 years of healthcare IT domain experience as a financial leader. Prior to joining Glassbeam, he was the CFO at Lumedx Corporation, a healthcare IT/SaaS company pioneering in cardiovascular information systems serving over 650 health institutions.

At Lumedx, Jay led all finance, HR, and IT functions, supporting the growth of the business until it was acquired by Intelerad Medical Systems. Previously, Jay started his career in audit at PWC and subsequently worked for large public and venture backed startup companies in senior finance roles.

Jay earned his CPA credentials while working at PWC and has an MBA degree from Long Island University.

At Glassbeam, Jay will be responsible for leading its Finance and HR functions while providing operational support to all areas of the business as it grows as a premier machine analytics company.
