Madlen

Madlen is currently the Head of Venture Expertise at GlassDollar, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Strategic Project Lead at Zukunft.Gruenden from May 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for strategic project development, project management and governance, and team management. From September 2019 to May 2020, they were the Project Lead - Conception and Development Founder Space at Ferd. Hauber GmbH. In this role, they were responsible for the conception and development of a founder space. Madlen has also worked as a Project Manager at Pando Innovations from August 2019 to November 2019, and as a Project Management & Consulting Associate at GACC WEST - Representative of German Business from February 2018 to October 2018.

Madlen has a Master of Science in International Business & Economics from the University of Hohenheim, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Florida International University. Madlen also has a certification in Applied coursework in International Business & Economics from Latvijas Universitate.
