Verena

Verena is currently a People Manager at GlassDollar, a position they have held since January of 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Consultant with JEME Bocconi Studenti from September 2020 to January 2022. In that role, they advised and delivered business solutions to clients, conducted research, and collaborated with clients and industry experts to deliver marketing plans, market analysis, financial analysis, market-entry analysis, business restructuring and business plans. Verena also supported internal operations through work in the International Sales and Audit divisions within JEME.

From March 2019 through September 2020, Verena worked as an Implementation Consultant with Avature. In that role, they were responsible for designing and leading the implementation of HCM solutions that facilitated efficient sourcing and recruiting. Verena also used different tools to facilitate agile project management during implementation, lead the implementation of integrations between Avature's solution and 3rd party vendors, and designed and led an automated solution to comply with GDPR regulations in HCM systems.

Prior to their work with Avature, Verena interned with PwC in their Mergers & Acquisitions division from January 2019 to February 2019.

Verena completed a Master of Science in Finance at Università Bocconi, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance at the University of Melbourne, and a South Australian Certificate of Education with an ATAR of 98.1 from Taylor's College. Verena also has Cambridge IGCSE O-Levels in 5 A*; 3 A; 1 C; from elc International School.
