Andy Chen is the current Chief Product Officer at Glassdoor. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Innovation at Match Group, and before that, the Co-Founder & Head of Product at Traxo. Chen has also worked as a Director, Business Development at True.com, and as an Account Director, Travelocity Partner Network at Travelocity.com. Their career began as an Aerospace Engineer at Northrop Grumman before they transitioned into consulting at Cambridge Technology Partners.

Andy Chen completed their Master of Business Administration at The University of Texas at Austin and their Bachelor of Science in Civil Structural Engineering at Texas A&M University. Andy also attended Leysin American School in Switzerland.
