Glasshouse Kitchen offers upscale, eclectic American fare highlighting local ingredients with a dash of global flair. Guests will find an elevated but approachable experience with a refined presentation. Glasshouse Kitchen is the perfect destination, whether you’re looking for a quick lunch with a colleague or a place to celebrate a special occasion.

The menus will evolve and adapt to the North Carolina seasons, the Triangle community and to the artistic expression of the culinary team. Ingredients sourced locally and infused with global influences will come together in dishes that appeal to the senses.

Our flexible spaces provide an elegant, polished backdrop for your next special occasion. The stunning, light filled dining room is well suited to seated events for up to 90 guests, or cocktail style events for up to 150. Overlooking the open green lawn and greenhouses of Laboratory Park, the Beer Garden features a Bocce court, fire pits, and flex space for gathering for groups up to 100. A secluded, serene Private Dining Room space seats dinners of 12-15 guests.
