Başar Mahmutluoğlu

Başar Mahmutluoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Beginning in 2013, they worked as a Housekeeping Specialist and later as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Grand Hotel & Spa in Ocean City, Maryland. In 2015, they transitioned to become an Area Sales Representative at National Geographic Learning. In 2018, they joined Good Parents, a start-up project, as an Area Sales Executive, where they built and promoted relationships with business partners. In 2019, they became a Business Development Specialist at Securitas Turkey, where they conducted business analysis and generated additional revenue. In 2020, they joined Randstad Turkey as a Sales Support Specialist, assisting in recruitment processes and HR solutions. Başar currently holds the position of Key Account Executive at Randstad Turkey. In 2022, Başar took on multiple roles. Başar became a Co-Founder of WKripto, a project supporting Turkish investors in the cryptocurrency field. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at DAPPAD, YOUR, and Glassnode, specializing in De-Fi, Web 3.0, and cryptocurrency markets respectively.

Başar Mahmutluoğlu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Cukurova University. This educational experience took place from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including the "Vso Mentorship Programme" from VSO in May 2021 and the "Presentation Skills" certification from İzgören Akademi in November 2019.
