Robert MacKay

Robert MacKay is an experienced economist with a PhD in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. They have held various roles in the economic consulting industry and within the federal government, including positions as Managing Economist at Monument Economics Group and Public Finance Economist at the US Government Accountability Office. Currently, Robert serves as a Director at GlassRatner and a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, teaching graduate courses in public economics and microeconomic theory. Additionally, they are a Professorial Lecturer in Economics at The George Washington University, with a focus on applied microeconomic theory and applied public economics.
