Once upon a time, in the sleepy pre-dawn hours before the world woke up, a lone human sat hunched over a sketchpad, drawing D&D art and dreaming of crits and epic stories. That lone human? The humble founder of GlassStaff. What started as one person squeezing in a little passion project before heading off to a "regular human" job (whatever that means) has now evolved into a full-blown team of dice-loving, dragon-slaying, coffee-fueled enthusiasts.

At GlassStaff, we're on a mission to make tabletop gaming even more magical—because why settle for just rolling dice when you can roll dice that sparkle like a wizard's tears and come in packaging cooler than your bard's mixtape?

Every product we sell — yes, from the art to the packaging to that just-right feel in your hand — is designed by our in-house team of design wizards. And don't forget our dice goblins, they carefully inspect and pack our dice in boxes, bags, balls, lootboxes (seriously though... is there anything you can't put dice in?)

And we’re not just holed up in our lair. With our ever-growing crew of event helpers, we bring our wares to shows across the world! We love meeting fellow adventurers, hearing your stories, and collecting your ideas like loot . Got an idea for a new product? Tell us! We might just make it happen—unless it involves cursed items. We’ve been down that road. Never again.

And hey, if this sounds like your kind of party, why not join the quest? Check out our jobs and see if there's a role for you. We’re always looking for more amazing people to roll with.
