Andrew Cunning has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Technical Analyst at Travelex, providing first- and second-line technical support to a national ATM network. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Essex County Council, first as a Senior Analyst, where they developed a publically accessible FOI library system, then as a Business Officer (Information Management), where they served as a Freedom of Information specialist, and finally as a Performance and Systems Officer, where they served as a departmental representative for the Finance and Information Services directorate. From 2013 to 2019, they participated in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) programme, teaching classes in English as a second language at Inatsuki Shikōkan and Kaho Sōgō Senior High Schools in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan. Since 2019, they have been working as a Software Developer at Glasswall and as a Junior Software Engineer at Silicon CPV Ltd, where they have designed and developed software for solar-charged battery-powered lighting installations and maintained and configured firmware for lighting controllers.
Andrew Cunning attended the University of Lincoln from 2004 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Games Computing (Software Development).
