Ben Pember

Ben Pember has over 20 years of work experience in various strategic and corporate development roles. Ben is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at the same company from November 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining Pixelle Specialty Solutions, Ben worked at Glatfelter for almost a decade. At Glatfelter, they served as the Director of Strategy for the Specialty Papers Business Unit, where they led strategy development and business unit reviews. Ben also held the role of Director of Engineered Products, leading a sales and development organization and growing the business through tailored specialty paper solutions. Additionally, Ben served as the Global Director of Continuous Improvement.

Prior to their time at Glatfelter, Ben worked as a Management Consultant at Pace Harmon, where they provided consulting services. Ben also worked at Milliken as the Manager of Strategy Development and at Accenture as a Senior Manager in their Strategy Consulting Practice.
