Mark Percell is an experienced Reliability Group Leader with a strong background in improving maintenance effectiveness and efficiency. Currently at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since November 2018, Mark focuses on enhancing productivity, yield, and waste reduction in collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. Prior to this, Mark served as Reliability Group Leader at Glatfelter Paper from February 2008, specializing in cost reduction and productivity enhancement across the mill. Mark's earlier role as a Reliability Engineer at Glatfelter from January 2002 to February 2007 concentrated on optimizing processes for paper machines and coating operations. Mark holds a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Shawnee State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
