William Bartek

William Bartek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering roles. Currently serving as Line Manager at Glatfelter since October 2022, Bartek previously held the position of Advanced Process Improvement Engineer at Milliken & Company from February 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Command Security Manager in the US Navy, where responsibilities encompassed quality management and program leadership for classified materials. Additionally, Bartek coordinated the reconstruction of the USS George Washington during its mid-life overhaul as RCOH Production Manager. As an ROTC Instructor at The Citadel, strategic training and operational goals were managed to prepare future Navy and Marine Officers. Bartek's naval career began as a Naval Aviator, supported by an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, both degrees from The Citadel.
