Max Saenz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max currently works as an Engineer I at Glaukos Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Design Engineer at 3G Shielding Specialties from September 2021 to January 2022. Max also worked as a Career Intern at the University of San Diego from September 2018 to May 2021, where they served as a student ambassador for the career development center. Additionally, they gained experience as a CAD/Content Development Intern at SolidProfessor from June 2019 to August 2020. Max also holds the experience of being a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at TE Connectivity from June 2018 to August 2018. Max started their professional journey as a Mathematics Tutor at Urban Corps Of San Diego from October 2017 to January 2018, helping refugees learn mathematics subjects. Max also worked as a Seasonal Worker at Amazon from May 2017 to September 2017, managing the stocking of products. Max began their professional career as a CAD Drafter and Intern at INOVA DRONE, INC from July 2015 to September 2015, where they were responsible for drafting and prototyping components for the company's flagship drone.

Max Saenz is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering/Physics at the University of San Diego, a journey that began in 2017 and is expected to conclude in 2021. Prior to this, Max was enrolled in dual enrollment programs at Coastline College from 2016 to 2017, as well as at Mt. San Jacinto College from 2015 to 2017. Max's educational journey began at Western Center Academy High School, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2017. Max has also obtained certification as a Certified SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design from Dassault Systèmes in August 2019.
